Chargeur de batterie au lithium ADO Ebike

hi,
i have order and pat at 12.8.2024 a charger for my e-bike for 35€ at the ado website. Ado website tell me the order needs 15-20 days, today at the 9.9.024 answer of my email the ,,ado service team” tell me it’s come in 10-12 days. I have trust that it needs 15-20 days, because i have a e-bike marathon in 3 days :( it’s not ok that Ado say 15-20 days. 3.9.2024 ,, ado service team” answer me in a email that it will take 20 days from my order day 12.8.2024. today 9.9.2024same ,,ado service team” answer me today in a email that i must wait 10-12 days more. I don’t have charger now for join the e-bike marathon in 3 days. I have order the charger 1 month ago and think it comes in 20 days. It is not correct that you tell you customers wrong time how long its need to send the order. I was very happy with my Ado-bike, but the service and wrong information from ado ist not ok. I think that’s why many people have scared to order a Chinese bike, because when i need something original for bike i must order in china and then this happened.
This is the first time i write a bad feedback, but I’am verz angry now and all what i say is true, the emails with the ,,ado service team “ and with the website ado for order original things from ado, i have uploaded here.
sorry for my bad english, i live Germany and my english not so good.

Mir war das Ladegerät heruntergefallen und dadurch defekt. Die Nachbestellung hat gut geklappt.

Das Gerät arbeitet einwandfrei. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.
