Version CE conforme aux lois sur les vélos électriques dans la plupart des pays de l'UE et en Grande-Bretagne : pneus 28" anti-crevaison, aucun accélérateur installé, vitesse maximale 25 km/h, moteur 250 w.
International version sans restrictions : pneus 28" anti-crevaison, avec accélérateur, vitesse max 30km/h, moteur 350w.

L'ADO Air 28 est 100 % légal et la version CE est conforme au certificat CE EN 15194. Selon SGS CE EN15194 et SGS UKCA, ADO Air est conforme aux exigences de la directive machines (2006/42/CE), de la directive CEM (2014/30/UE), de la directive sur les équipements radio (2014/53/UE), et DIN EN 15194:2017. The bicycle arrived well packaged, the transport and delivery service was also good. Assembly is not simple: it requires some practice and, in my case, I also had to reduce and adapt the front mudguard because it was deformed. It would be important to have a more in-depth video on all stages of assembly. I haven't received the basket yet, but it will arrive. The ADO AIR 28 bicycle is very good, smooth pedaling, good tires and very efficient brakes. The automatic gearbox is a marvel, especially for women: my friends all envy me! I will probably change the saddle: the one supplied is valid and suitable for everyone, but those who want a more personalized saddle must choose one suitable for themselves; but this is a common situation when buying any bicycle.
For the moment I am satisfied with my purchase, in a few months I would like to update my review. I also thank the entire ADO customer service team who supported and resolved a problem due to a situation unrelated to ADO.

La bicicletta è arrivata nei tempi previsti ed è funzionale e di ottima fattura. Ho avuto un problema con il display, dopo pochi giorni mi segnalava l'errore 29 e la bici non funzionava. Mi sono sentito con il servizio clienti alla mail supporto ado bike che mi hanno segnalato come risolvere il problema. Io consiglio di attivare un servizio clienti che risponda in italiano sia via mail che telefono in modo da facilitare la risoluzione dei problemi. Per concludere bicicletta ottima, servizio clienti da migliorare nell'ottica di ampliare a tutti i paesi a cui vendete un servizio dedicato nelle diverse lingue.

The bike arrived well packed, there are plenty of how to assemble guide on the internet so putting it together was straight forward. The build and ride quality are exceptional and the bike is a great choice for those looking to swap their car for a bike for the daily commute.
Overall a great choice for an urban commuting bike which work really well on the flat and take you up smaller gradients effortlessly. ADO were very helpful and kept me informed about the status of the delivery. Great service and a really good product.

Habe den 2. Akku nun senkrecht angebaut, optisch glaube schöner und einfacher beim Einstecken des Kabels.
Nun schreibe ich mal eine 4 Sterne Bewertung...die 3 Sterne wurde wie ea aussieht nicht Veröffentlicht. Wenn man die Schweißnähte mit denen auf den Bildern von der ADO Seite vergleicht, kommt man schon ins grübeln, ob man nicht alles wieder zurück schickt. Aber da es ein gutes Black Friday Angebot war und die Fahreigenschaften doch sehr gut ist, die Reichweite bei entsprechenden Einstellungen und Fahrweise doch an die 100 Km ran reicht ( wiege 105Kg ) und man problemlos sich einen 2. oder sogar 3. Akku am Gepäckträger anbringen kann, habe ich es doch behalten. Nun heißt es Langzeiterfahrung sammeln und dabei hoffen, dass die Qualität in diesem Bereich besser ist.
