I haven’t received my package yet it’s been 2weeks now and I couldn’t even track it anymore

As per my experience with the pannier rack ordered at the same time, the item has not been received and is still showing as being in the warehouse - no shipping update since 14/08. Well outside of expected delivery window. Other reviewers suggesting similar unexpected delays. No proactive activity from ADO.
