This bike is for me, the perfect combination of beauty and function. I am very satisfied. I keep it on 5 gear swich which makes it very sufficient on longer roads trips.

Every day I go to work by ADO air A20, ride to the train station, folding, unfolding and ride to the office. It makes my commute easier and comfortable. I love it!

The bike is great, but the rear light is broken, so I can't use it. I sent a message but haven't received a response yet.

The ADO 20 arrived in quick time from order. A simple process without fuss. The bike was very well packaged for protection and the assembly instructions via the YouTube video were easy to follow. Not much to assemble really, the important stuff, wheels and brakes etc were pre assembled.

The build on first impressions was impressive with tight tolerances and the look and feel of a quality product. The first ride was also a revelation, the belt drive makes a smooth ride and power delivery. The controller is easy to use and the app with navigation is also very good. For UK purchasers, the brake lever operation are non UK, i.e., right is rear and left is front. The disk brakes are excellent.

I have another well known leading folding e-bike, the ADO I would suggest rides better in terms of smoothness and comfort, the other is a superior in folding. The ADO is an e-bike designed to be folded, the other I have is a folding bike altered to be a folding e-bike.

Let's see how it performs over time, I have confidence that this is a quality product with longevity and I may end up with another!

It’s a decent bike the brakes are phenomenal and I happy with the weight of the bike the only thing that would make it 5 stars is if the throlle came with the bike instead of shipping seperately

The e-bike arrived without the entire accessory box, without the battery connection cable, without wrenches and allen keys, without instructions, without warranty certificate. In 2 months ADO has not been able to ship those missing parts to my address. Incredible after spending €1300. Nice people who work in customer service email, but I have to say you have the worst warehouse management ever.

From the moment I opened the box, until today, it's a pain to ride the bike despite the price I paid.
1- When I opened the box, the left crank arm had deep scratches. I sent pictures and they said they will send a new crank arm. It's been almost 2 months and it's not even shipped yet. I lost hope.
2-The ride is not smooth. There is a slight jump in every rotation of the rear wheel. Also the Buzzing Noise when you stop pedaling has the same ratio with the jumps. Very annoying.
3- Noisy breaks! People turn their head towards me whenever I break. Both front and rear because of the squeaking noise. Making you feel ashamed of your brand new bike.
4- I received the throttle after more than a month. The cable is too short and you have to unscrew and move the brakes to the left so you can connect the cable. It's still too tight and not so safe. Feels like it will snap soon. Also the instruction video skips the part when placing the cap at the edge of handlebar. It's another pain to figure out.
Only one of the above is not good for a brand new bike but all in same time is not acceptable.
Overall prestigious looking brand seems to be just scamming.
I don't have the video of unstable ride. I editing the review is possible, I will add that too.

My experience with ADO Bike has been frustrating from the very start. I purchased a bike that arrived with multiple defects, and the support I received was far from satisfactory. Here’s a summary of the issues I faced and my interaction with ADO Bike's support team.
Initial Issues

Upon receiving my bike, I encountered two significant problems:

Rear Mudguard Installation: The screw hole at the rear frame, where the mudguard is supposed to be installed, was blocked by metal. This defect made it impossible to attach the mudguard properly, indicating a clear lack of quality control.

Front Mudguard Installation: The screw provided for the front mudguard was almost impossible to loosen, likely due to iron debris in the screw threads. This made the installation process extremely difficult and time-consuming, adding to the frustration.

Communication Breakdown

Despite reporting these problems immediately, I found myself waiting multiple times far longer than the promised 12 to 16 hours for a response from their support team. When they finally did reply, their suggestions were unhelpful and repetitive. Despite sending videos and photos of the defects multiple times, they continued asking for the same information.

Lack of Responsibility

Despite my detailed explanations, ADO Bike's support seemed more focused on minimizing their costs rather than providing a satisfactory resolution.

Conclusion

My experience with ADO Bike has been frustrating and disappointing. Their lack of quality control, poor communication, and unwillingness to take responsibility for their product's defects have left me deeply dissatisfied. I would strongly caution others against purchasing from this company, as their after-sales support is severely lacking.

In the end, I managed to fix the bike myself, but the entire process was far more difficult and time-consuming than it should have been. ADO Bike needs to seriously improve both their product quality and customer service if they want to retain their customers.
