Is it possible to change speed? Is it weatherproof?

ADO Air 20 has a single gear. However, you can choose to use 3 levels of electrical power to assist your ride. Besides, ADO Air 20 is equipped with a smart torque sensor system that provides you immediate power assistance according to terrain. In this case, even if you ride or start the ride on an incline, you will get the assistance you need immediately even with a single gear.

Yes, ADO Air 20 is IPX5 waterproof and the IPS display is IPX7 waterproof, all electronic components are sealed to prevent ingress of heavy rain and dust.
Is ADO Air 20 certified?

According to SGS CE EN15194 and SGS UKCA, ADO Air 20 conforms to the requirements of: Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), the EMC Directive (2014/30/EU), and the Radio Equipment Directive (2014/53/EU), and DIN EN 15194:2017, and ADO Air 20 battery complies with UN 38.3 lithium-ion battery testing standards.
What is the difference between the International and EU versions? Which option is best for me?

Check the e-bike laws in your country when making your decision:

* EU version to be compliant with laws on e-bikes in most EU-countries: no throttle installed, max speed 25km/h, 250w motor

* International version with no restrictions: throttle installed, max speed 30km/h, 350w motor.

If you order the international version of ADO Air 20 within the EU, you will receive a charger that meets EU specifications.But it is not officially legal to drive ADO Air 20 international version on public roads in the EU. You are only allowed to own it and drive it on private property.
How long is the warranty period?

For bike frame, 10 years warranty; For controllers, motors, batteries, forks, head tubes, handlebars, chargers, pedals, flywheels, chainstays: 12 months warranty. Should you encounter some production related manufacturer’s defect during this period, we will take care of it according to our warranty. The bike is magnificent and the finish is top quality. Very easy to assemble thanks to the videos. Super light. It looks great in blue. But unfortunately I haven't had a chance to try it out yet as the monitor was out of order and I'm really looking forward to it.

So far so good ado as delivered everything I needed from a bike,light weight great stopping power and no more oily chain, only covered a few miles at the moment but I found the bike easy to use and very quiet in operation thanks for providing a great bike at a great price would definitely recommend this bike to anyone looking for a folding bike

My New Air

I've just received my new AIR which was delivered very quickly (3 working days). It was very well boxed and protected. Everything that should have been in the box was in the box and the bike was easily assembled. The only issue I had, ironically, was fitting the front plastic fender which comes as standard. It was fiddly with 2 metal brackets that were not easy to bend into place. The rear fender was a doddle. The battery was almost fully charged when it arrived so I took it out for a test run.

First, the bike looks great in the Ivory I chose. Then it folds and unfolds easily and quickly. Everything is easily adjustable and the whole bike feels very well built and sturdy. Nothing rattles and the motor is really quiet. The display is easily visible in daylight and very clear. It took 2 or 3 attempts to link to the display via the app on my android but once linked the response is almost instant.

On the road the torque sensor provides instant response to pedal pressure. It's a delight to ride and I rarely needed speed setting 3 but this level makes inclines effortless and on the level provides instant acceleration. I am very pleased with the bike and can fully recommend it. I ordered the helmet to go with the bike and this looks great too. It's fully adjustable and has a tinted visor that clips to the helmet with three magnetic studs. All together, a really good purchase and great products. Well done ADO!
