3. Fabrieksfouten en inherente productproblemen, zoals materiaalfouten, vallen onder de garantie.

- Remblokken, plastic onderdelen, spaken, velgen, remkabels en oppervlakkige krassen.
2. Beschadigde kabels of accessoires met zichtbare krassen of breuken.
3. Storingen veroorzaakt door onjuist gebruik, zoals:
- Het niet opvolgen van de gebruiksaanwijzing, het onderhoud of de afstelling.
- Ongeautoriseerde demontage, reparatie of wijziging.
- Onjuist gebruik of onjuiste opslag.
4. Onopzettelijke schade.
5. Kleine krasjes of beschadigingen aan accessoires tijdens het transport.
6. Reparatiekosten bij niet-geautoriseerde werkplaatsen worden niet vergoed.

The ADO Air 30 Series is 100% legal and complies with EN 15194 CE certificate. According to SGS CE EN15194 and SGS UKCA, ADO Air 30 Series conforms to the requirements of the Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), the EMC Directive (2014/30/EU), the Radio Equipment Directive (2014/53/EU), and DIN EN 15194:2017. The ADO Air 30 Series battery complies with UN 38.3 lithium-ion battery testing standards.
What height is it suitable for?
The 20x2.4-inch wheels are suitable for riders ranging from 165 cm to 200 cm in height, making it ideal for the whole family to share.
What’s the riding range?
The standard 370Wh seatpost battery offers a range of around 80–100 km, while the optional 36V 5.6Ah range extender increases the total range to approximately 140–160 km.
