Order made in May, it's August and it hasn't been delivered yet... delivery was supposed to be made at home and was delivered to a service point... I'm still waiting for contact from the carrier to deliver it to my home. Therefore, a terrible delivery service!

Meine Batterie lädt leider nach knapp einem Jahr und 180km Laufleistung nicht mehr, der Support hat bestätigt das die Batterie defekt. Ein Garantie Austausch hat bis jetzt nicht stattgefunden da angeblich keine Batterie lieferbar ist , ich lasse mich weiter vertrösten.
The first battery ADO have sent was inoperative. So I contacted the Service-Team and asked for a new one, which arrived in the meantime. Thank you very much for the excellent service, the Service Team works friendly, professional, competent and very fast.
Ordered a replacement battery and it was delivered within 48 hours as promised.

Der alte Akku hat nach wenigen Ladezyklen den Geist aufgegeben, nachdem ich bei dem Fahrrad über Nacht den Schlüssel stecken gelassen habe, ohne das es eingeschaltet war. Der neue Akku wurde schnell geliefert und ist hoffentlich haltbarer.
Qual è l'amperaggio della batteria?
