ADO Air complies with the Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), EMC Directive (2014/30/EU), and Radio Equipment Directive (2014/53/EU), as well as the DIN EN 15194:2017 standard, certified by SGS under CE EN15194 and UKCA. The ADO Air battery meets the UN38.3 testing standard for lithium-ion batteries.

We have overseas warehouses in Europe, the U.S., Japan, and Vietnam. Orders shipped from these warehouses are not subject to import duties or additional taxes. Please note that the official price does not include VAT, and we do not provide invoices with a VAT number.

E-Bikes：We have local warehouses in the UK, Germany, Italy, Poland, the United States, and Indonesia. Orders are processed for shipment within 48 hours (business days) after placement.

Orders to the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, and Austria will be delivered within 48 hours after shipment. While other orders to other countries/regions will arrive within 2–7 days after shipment.

Accessories：Batteries are shipped from overseas warehouses and take approximately 2–7 days to arrive. Other accessories are shipped from China and take about 10–25 days to arrive.

The bicycle arrives 99% assembled. You only need to complete three simple steps：

Install the pedals

Adjust and tighten the handlebar
Set the saddle to a comfortable height

The accessory box included in the package contains clear instructions and necessary tools. The process typically takes no more than 10 minutes. An official assembly video is also available. If you have any questions, contact our support team at support@adoebike.com for online guidance.

The handlebar stem angle on ADO e-bikes (AIR 20 series, AIR 28 series, AIR one series, and Beast 20F) can be adjusted upward or downward, while the handlebars on AIR Carbon and AIR 30 series are fixed and non-adjustable. When making adjustments, please be careful not to overstretch the cables or brake lines, and professional assistance is recommended. If bicycle damage occurs due to self-installation of a new adjustable stem, such cases are not covered under the ADO warranty, though the remainder of the warranty remains valid.

Typically, ADO e-bikes can be used like regular bicycles when the battery is depleted. However, the ADO A20 Air model, due to its integrated battery and saddle design, cannot be used without the battery installed.

ADO e-bikes are equipped with removable batteries. In case of maintenance, the battery can be replaced.

It is recommended to perform a full charge-discharge cycle every 1–2 months (fully charge the battery first, discharge it to the cutoff voltage, then recharge it to 70%), even if the battery is not used frequently. This helps maintain battery performance.

Aluminum Fenders: The Air20 Pro features aluminum fenders, which provide durable protection, keep you dry, and enhance riding comfort.

The primary difference lies in the drivetrain：The Air One Pro is equipped with an automatic 2-speed transmission motor, which offers high cost-effectiveness and can meet basic commuting needs；the Air One Ultra features an automatic 3-speed motor. With more refined gear divisions and intelligent control, it better adapts to complex road conditions, improving range efficiency and riding comfort, making it suitable for users with advanced performance requirements.

The frame number (or serial number) is the unique physical identifier of your bicycle. Its location varies by model. You can find it on the headtube (the side below the headlight) or on the bottom bracket area of the bicycle.
