Having received the two carbon fibre e-bikes I’m impressed with the engineering. The quality control is very poor. Both bikes have warped discs, one has a different colour seat post clamp to the other one. One had the gos module loosely fitted and it requires a special tool to tighten, luckily I’m a retired mechanic and have the tools
Having had new discs sent through and a promise of a seat clamp, I thought I’d try and replace the discs. However the rear disc requires the wiring to be removed. That’s unacceptable.
I’m rejecting one for now, I’ve replaced the front disc on one cycle, that one is ok now. Also the seat clamps on both bikes were loose and again required a special tool to tighten them.
If only the quality control and after sales service matched the engineering and design these would be unbeatable.
