Amazing Bikes, Amazing Service!
We now own four ADO bikes and continue to be genuinely impressed. Most recently, we purchased two Air 28 Ultra models, and the combination of the Bafang motor with the automatic 3-speed transmission is, in our opinion, technically outstanding.
This system is a true unique selling point. Comparable solutions are usually only found in much more expensive setups such as Pinion or Rohloff systems. In this price range, we are not aware of any competing product that offers a similar level of technology and riding comfort.
The biggest advantage compared to many competitors is that this is not a simple single-speed drive system. You do not have to pedal at an increasingly high cadence just to maintain speed. Instead, the bike automatically adjusts the gear ratio without the rider having to shift gears or do anything at all. This makes riding significantly more comfortable, more efficient, and more enjoyable.
The customer service deserves special recognition as well. Questions and concerns are answered quickly, and solutions are handled in a practical and customer-friendly way. We have always felt that our feedback and requests were taken seriously. This is exactly the kind of support every customer hopes for.
ADO not only builds excellent bicycles, but is also supported by dedicated employees who clearly stand behind their products. Considering the impressive technology, high-quality components, and attractive pricing, the overall package is exceptionally difficult to beat.
We are truly enthusiastic about our ADO bikes and would choose this brand again without hesitation. We are already looking forward to seeing what ADO develops next and hope to see an automatic 5-speed transmission paired with a Bafang rear hub motor in the future.
