We have local warehouses in the UK, Germany, Italy, Poland, the USA, and Indonesia.
We will arrange delivery within 48h (working days) after the order is placed.
After delivery, customers can receive the parcel within 48h after delivery for orders from the UK, Germany, Netherlands, and Austria; orders from other countries will receive the parcel within 2-7 days
About accessories:
Batteries shipped from overseas warehouse, about 2-7 days delivery; other accessories shipped from China, about10-25 days delivery.
How long is the warranty period?

I bought one in May 2023, I got right out on it, and wow what a difference getting around, the hills and bridges are a breeze now, but you still get gentle exercise, which I like.
I had an issue with the front break after a few days, the service desk sorted it out for me, and now the bike is perfect again, as we are in the UK it took a while to get the parts, however, this is not an issue, getting it fixed was, and they did this without hesitation.
I am 17stone in weight, and off one charge I have travelled around 30 miles.
My partner has now also bought one based on my usage and she tried mine out also, to go with our motorhome, and is very happy also, I can highly recommend this bike, very comfy with those tyres as well! we have put "slime" in them to protect them from punctures as well.

deux ADO Beast un pur bonheur, bonne autonomie comme annoncé, moi un peux moins car je pese 105 kilo :-) il passe partout, par contre le couplage GPS pas trouvé comment ca marche.

After a few issues with delivery, my new Ado 20F BEAST arrived and it’s the best purchase I’ve ever made, so easy to set up and ride.
I will taking it out for a full test ride shortly but at moment short rides in and out of work it flys
