The Controller was shipped very quickly and the advice form ADO Customer Services was first class and made fitting the controller very easy.

Quick replacement of wrong delivery
Remote assistance was swift. Problem detected as faulty controller for ADO A20.
Unfortunatelly, they sent me a wrong controller (probably for new ADO A20).
But, without questions asked, ADO quickly dispatched proper controllers. I replaced it in my bike, and everything is like before.
