My experience with ADO Bike has been frustrating from the very start. I purchased a bike that arrived with multiple defects, and the support I received was far from satisfactory. Here’s a summary of the issues I faced and my interaction with ADO Bike's support team.
Initial Issues
Upon receiving my bike, I encountered two significant problems:
Rear Mudguard Installation: The screw hole at the rear frame, where the mudguard is supposed to be installed, was blocked by metal. This defect made it impossible to attach the mudguard properly, indicating a clear lack of quality control.
Front Mudguard Installation: The screw provided for the front mudguard was almost impossible to loosen, likely due to iron debris in the screw threads. This made the installation process extremely difficult and time-consuming, adding to the frustration.
Communication Breakdown
Despite reporting these problems immediately, I found myself waiting multiple times far longer than the promised 12 to 16 hours for a response from their support team. When they finally did reply, their suggestions were unhelpful and repetitive. Despite sending videos and photos of the defects multiple times, they continued asking for the same information.
Lack of Responsibility
Despite my detailed explanations, ADO Bike's support seemed more focused on minimizing their costs rather than providing a satisfactory resolution.
Conclusion
My experience with ADO Bike has been frustrating and disappointing. Their lack of quality control, poor communication, and unwillingness to take responsibility for their product's defects have left me deeply dissatisfied. I would strongly caution others against purchasing from this company, as their after-sales support is severely lacking.
In the end, I managed to fix the bike myself, but the entire process was far more difficult and time-consuming than it should have been. ADO Bike needs to seriously improve both their product quality and customer service if they want to retain their customers.

Die Batteriesicherung wurde gleich beim Kauf meines ADO Air 20 mit angeboten.
Der Versand erfolgte vom Lager in China. Nach Erhalt habe ich es gleich gegen die vormontierte Sattelstütze ausgetauscht. Nun ist der Sattel mit Akku diebstahlsicher. Liebes Team von Ado Bike. verbaut diese Batteriesicherung bitte gleich in die Grundausstattung der E-Bikes.
Just use the angled T35 bit, which is part of the delivered bike enclosure, to loosen the clamp screw. Then, the saddle with the accu is free to be taken away very quickly. Or am I wrong?
Leider fehlt noch der Gepäckträger und die Luftpumpe.

It’s nice to be able to lock the seat post (battery) and leave it with the bike when thats locked up for a dinner at a restaurant, for example.
And the lock is very easy to use if you need to adjust the height of the seat.
Gives a safe feeling: your battery cannot be stolen. However, it should be standard on new bikes.
Option très bien pensée et très pratique.
Pour les arrêts du quotidien, magasins, rdv ect ... . Il permet de sécuriser sa batterie et éviter de la trimballer à la main.
