ADO AIR 20/ 20Pro Rear Rack and Fender

The whole process was an absolute pain in the ass and it's hanging by a thread. This is the best I could do (see picture)

Nach etwa drei Monaten voller E-Mail-Nachfragen und Stornierungsgedanken aus Frust sowie einer mit dem Support ausgehandelten Frist wurde schließlich das ADO E-Bike Air Carbon geliefert. Das Design ist top, aber die Verarbeitung ist für den Preis absolut enttäuschend – es wurden nur minderwertige Komponenten verbaut. Ein GPS-Modul war dabei, doch wie es funktioniert, hat ADO leider nicht erklärt. Auf meine Anfrage, ob man eine SIM-Karte dafür benötigt, habe ich bis heute keine Antwort erhalten.

Zusätzlich habe ich für mein Air 20 ein Iron-Schutzblech und ein Rack bestellt. Nach über drei Monaten Wartezeit kam es endlich an, war jedoch unbrauchbar, da das Blech offenbar für ein anderes Modell bestimmt ist und einige der mitgelieferten Schrauben fehlen. (Zur Anmerkung: Ich habe vor dem Carbon bereits zwei Air 20 von ADO erworben, insgesamt also drei Fahrräder.)

Leider ist der Support extrem schlecht. Auf der Website ist zwar eine deutsche Rufnummer hinterlegt, und es klingelt auch, wenn man anruft – doch niemand nimmt jemals ab, und man wird auch nicht zurückgerufen. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass ich hier keine Möglichkeit habe, Bilder hochzuladen. Sonst hätte ich die Fotos aller Probleme beigefügt, um das Ausmaß der Mängel zu zeigen.

Ich finde die E-Bikes von ADO wirklich schick, solange keine Probleme auftreten. Doch sobald man auf den Support angewiesen ist, stößt man leider auf massive Schwierigkeiten. Es ist schade, dass ADO es nicht schafft, potenzielle Stammkunden, die bereits drei E-Bikes gekauft haben, zufrieden zu stellen.

Good, but I think it should be very clear it comes al the way from China. I would 't have bought ut, if I kwen that....

Het installeren liep heel vlot. Wel een filmpje bekeken op YouTube. Al het nodige materiaal is bijgeleverd. Trek er wel een uurtje voor uit.
Ik zeer tevreden.

It came from China, so it took a while. The box was smashed and inside the box the parts were loose, not fixated (only covered with tin plastic). The parts were damaged. A little foam and bubble wrap would have prevented this from happening.. The paint on the rack was damaged on top, also on one fender and the back brace. The rack was misformed so that I had to use very much force to make it fit.. Hopefully the bike doesn't mind this force being applied to it on the long run. There is a pit and are scrathes also on the front fender. The back brace had paint of too. The screws are together with the tools in a plastic bag. That is why the screws and rings get damaged. Because the screws and tools are not in a box (separately) the paint comes of the parts too. It is a shame for this price.

Zubehör wurde schnell aus China geliefert. Einbau mit ein bisschen Übug + Tutorial machbar.
