Prachtige fiets
Sinds kort trotse eigenaar van een ado air 28. Ik had van te voren veel reviews op youtube gekeken en dat maakte me steeds enthousiaster. De fiets heb ik via Decathlon besteld. Helaas was de eerste fiets die binnenkwam flink beschadigd aan het frame. Met Ado ebike contact gezocht en na enig heen en weer appen, hebben ze de fiets opgehaald en vervolgens een nieuwe toegestuurd. Hij fietst heerlijk, de eerste 100 km zit erop (de eerste lekke achterband helaas ook, maar ook dat heeft Ado opgelost door de kosten van het maken en nieuwe binnenband te betalen). Let op dat je de remmen goed afstelt, dit heb ik ook even bij een fietsenmaker gedaan. Zadel vond ik zelf wat aan de harde kant, dus heb er een ander zadel op gemonteerd. De fiets heeft 1 versnelling met drie standen van snelheid. Bij stand 3 vlieg je binnen no time naar 26.2 km per uur. Fietsen wordt leuk zo. 70 kilometer doe ik op een batterij, dus ik haal de 100 niet. Daarbij komt dat ik niet steeds volledige snelheid toepas, maar veel in stand 2 fiets. Al met al erg blij met deze eyecatcher. Ik hoop er nog veel plezier mee te beleven. Ik heb er zelf ook een rekje op gemonteerd. Support team is top! Dat wil ik toch nog eens gezegd hebben.

Hi , ok I ordered bag on 9th July still not arrived so can’t comment!! More worried about my complaint about faulty screws on the stem on my handle bars . You then sent me an email to say you would replace my stem for a new one , still not arrived . I’ve already sent you an email to say you should start stocking parts for your e bikes in Europe, makes sense yes so we don’t have to wait for delivery from China.My handle bars are dropping which is dangerous so I’ve not being using my e bike , shame. Why don’t you just send me a new 28 Pro or give me my money back ?? . Regards. Henry G

Took a long time to arrive, but was easy to set-up, charged in a reasonable time and performs well.

I especially like the way that the power cuts in and the two speed motor is very effective at holding a consistent top speed. The upgrades for this latest series are much appreciated.

My only issue is that the lights can only be switched on using the app, rather than the onboard controller, this means that I must have my phone with me to ride at night, which isn't ideal, but also isn't a huge problem. Overall very happy and I greatly enjoy riding my new bike.

Being in my seventies I wanted the assistance of an Ebike, I made the right decision with the Ado air 20 Pro, loving the assist on hills I would of struggled with.
I have changed the saddle as again being older I need more cushion.
All round great bike, yet to try lifting it into the car but as the battery post is easily removed to lighten the lift it should not be a problem.

For a long time, I was looking for a way to get from home to work as easily as possible. ADO AIR immediately attracted me with its 16+ kg weight. I am a man of 120 kg and 196 cm tall, I live in a hilly town, but I can pull my bike up the hill without any problems. My recommendation for this electric bike.

I’ve bought the Ado Air 20 CE version and using it to commute to office for the past 1 month and the transport has never been smoother. It’s fast and adjustable. There is one thing, I’m leaving European zone soon but there is no way to convert it to International version and won’t be able to install the throttle.

Das Fahrrad ist gut verarbeitet und sieht optisch echt gut aus.Meine Frau ist total begeistert.Der Motor arbeitet richtig gut und ist auch durch das Tretverhalten gut Dosierbar.Der Riemenantrieb ist auch ein Vorteil da er Wartungsarm ist.Ich hätte gerne 5 Sterne gegeben aber ich muss einen abziehen wegen dem Rücklicht.Wenn das Vorderlicht schon über den Akku läuft warum nicht auch das Rücklicht?Wenn das noch verbessert wird würde ich 5 Sterne geben.

We are not a backwater the courier you used to deliver to GERMANY also has a depot in GUERNSEY.
SO WHAT IS THE PROBLEM.

Das Klapprad war ein Geschenk an meine Tochter und sie ist sehr zufrieden mit dem Rad. Da sie keine Anhängerkupplung haben, passt das Rad auch in den Kofferraum.

Das Bike ist ein Hingucker, damit fällt man wirklich auf. Der Motor macht einen prima Job, man ist wirklich flott unterwegs.
Das Falten des Bike funktioniert aber auch zusammengeklappt ist es groß, was auch den Reifen geschuldet ist, darüber sollte man sich klar sein und im Vorfeld auf die Maße achten.
Das die Federung vorne metallisch anschlägt wurde schon von anderen erwähnt und das muss ich leider bestätigen.
Es gab ein Problem mit einem Schleifgeräusch das ich per Mail gemeldet habe. Der Support reagierte bei mir auf die Mail innerhalb eines Tages und schickte mir eine Lösung, die ich selber umsetzen konnte, ich hätte aber auch in eine Werkstatt gehen können und Ado hätte die Rechnung übernommen.
Ich habe mich entschieden das Bike nicht zu behalten und habe es innerhalb der ersten 14 Tage zurückgeschickt weil das Bike und ich nicht zusammenpassen, das liegt dann aber eher an mir als am Bike.
Die Rücksendung ging problemlos (allerdings braucht man die originale Verpackung) und das Geld wurde mir (abzüglich der Kosten die in so einem Fall anfallen) sehr schnell erstattet.

Smooth, quiet and comfortable. After riding a relatively flat trail, a round trip of 37 miles in level 1 assist, the battery only lost 50% so a 60 mile range is easily possible. The brakes are excellent. Power and hill climbing ability in level 3 maximum assist is astonishing, although I am rather fit and 65kg. My husband also has an Air 20 and has low strength and energy after a serious illness but even he finds the level 3 assist up a short, steep gradient plenty powerful enough for his needs. The seat looks very simple but is remarkably comfortable. The super-bright display is easy to read even on a sunny day, which is a bonus. Putting the bikes in the boot of the car without a messy, oily chain to worry about is a dream come true. After getting the bikes very muddy after a 20 mile trail ride the other day the bikes were simply rinsed off with clean water and came up like new, so very easy to clean. Again, the belt drive wins because mud and oil mixed can be a mess that's very difficult to clean off. The belt drive can be simply rinsed with water - job done! If I were to find a fault I would say that starting off on a steep incline can be tricky with just a single gear but the Air 20 Pro should cure that with its 2 speed automatic gears. I have only encountered this problem once and it was a very steep hill. We are both extremely happy with our choice.

Vélo bien conçu et fini. La qualité est au rendez-vous. Le Ado Air 20 pro est facile dans sa prise en main, l'assistance est discrète et efficace, facile de franchir de belles montées.

I love the range of the bike. I also like that it folds and does not weigh as much as other folding e-bikes. An all around great bike.
