Hello, I received a damaged battery on December 13th. I let customer service know and received an immediate response that I would be shipped a replacement battery and a return shipping label to return the damaged battery. I have asked again, when the replacement will be shipped, but have not received an answer. I had hoped to have the new battery in time for the holidays, but now fear that will not happen. Any update would be appreciated. Thanks.
It would be great if the battery had a fast charging feature! I and many users wouldn’t need a spare battery!
