3. Parts that meet the warranty conditions described on this page are fully covered free of charge.
4. Out-of-warranty parts can still be repaired/replaced, but a fee will apply. For more detailed information on fees, please contact support@adoebike.com.
5. Incidental costs during repairs, such as alternative transportation, fuel, or ridesharing, are not covered by the warranty.

What is covered by the warranty?
All conditions must be met simultaneously:
1. The product must have been purchased from an official ADO store or an authorized dealer. Products purchased secondhand or from unauthorized sellers are excluded from the warranty.
2. The product/component must be within the warranty period.
3. Manufacturing defects and inherent product issues, such as material defects, are covered by the warranty.
What is not covered by the warranty?
1. Defective consumable or wear parts, including:
- Brake pads, plastic parts, spokes, rims, brake cables, and surface scratches.
2. Damaged cables or accessories with visible scratches or breakage.
3. Malfunctions caused by improper use, such as:
- Failure to follow the instruction manual for use, maintenance, or adjustment.
- Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
- Improper use or storage.
4. Accidental damage.
5. Minor scratches or damage to accessories during transport.
6. Repair costs at unauthorized workshops are not covered.

Important note: Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and are not covered by the warranty.

Is ADO Air 20 certified?
According to SGS CE EN15194 and SGS UKCA, ADO Air 20 conforms to the requirements of: Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), the EMC Directive (2014/30/EU), and the Radio Equipment Directive (2014/53/EU), and DIN EN 15194:2017, and ADO Air 20 battery complies with UN 38.3 lithium-ion battery testing standards.
Is it possible to change speed? Is it weatherproof?
ADO Air 20 has a single gear. However, you can choose to use 3 levels of electrical power to assist your ride. Besides, ADO Air 20 is equipped with a smart torque sensor system that provides you immediate power assistance according to terrain. In this case, even if you ride or start the ride on an incline, you will get the assistance you need immediately even with a single gear.
Yes, ADO Air 20 is IPX5 waterproof and the IPS display is IPX7 waterproof, all electronic components are sealed to prevent ingress of heavy rain and dust.
Charging Method？
We use a removable seatpost battery system, allowing you to charge the battery while it’s installed on the bike or easily remove it for convenient indoor charging.

For bike frame, 5 years warranty; For controllers, motors, batteries, forks, head tubes, handlebars, chargers, pedals, flywheels, chainstays: 12 months warranty.
