First of all, I initially purchased the Air20 and unexpectedly the day after, Ado announced the new Pro version with added features that in my opinion make this bike unique. The customer service was very supportive and helped me a lot through the porcess of upgrading my order to the new version. A million thanks for that!
Now hands on, what can I say, the Bike looks gorgeous and way above my expectations, built with care and premium materials. It is an extremely pleasant ride! silent, comfortable, swift and excellent handling on every situation. Special mention to this new engine. It is trully cappable against slopes just as advertised, it can deal with anything effortless. A big surprise! Thanks for creating such an amazing product.

Bin jetzt ca. 150 km Gefahren und soweit sehr zufrieden mit dem Rad. Schön wäre es wenn man die Geschwindigkeit für den schaltpunkt bestimmen könnte.
The bike was very easy to assemble following the enclosed instructions and in doing so I was impressed with the overall build quality. The paintwork and decals were perfect. The alignment of the brakes gears and wheels was also excellent.
On riding I was impressed with how comfortable and responsive the bike was. The small enclosed tool kit, including pump and phone holder were a nice touch . However the enclosed spanner did not have an 18mm socket which would have been needed to remove the rear wheel in the event of a puncture. (I take one with me as well as tyre levers and an inner tube)
I didn’t notice any reference to the seat post suspension and on initial use found there was little give - I achieved a satisfactory amount by adjusting the internal nut.
On some rough roads I heard a metallic banging noise and I think this may have been the battery inside the frame (I have heard of this being an issue for some other owners) but on checking the battery saw there was a small amount of rubber padding stuck on some of the sides. I may add some more to cure the noise.
All in all I am more than happy with my purchase and hope it will carry me many happy and safe miles.

Das ADO Air 20 Pro wurde Ende April geliefert.
Heute durch die Stadt zur Werkstatt, zur nach Kontrolle gefahren. Bremsen schleifen, Kettenriemenspannung überprüfen, vorderes Schutzblech nachziehen, Schrauben lockern sich beim Fahren. Neuer komfor Sattel montiert.
Ich bin ca. 8 km durch den Westpark geradelt, Bergauf und Bergab. Tolles Fahrgefühl, wenn man herausgefunden hat in welcher Unterstützungsstufe man fahren muss. Dann geht's echt mit Schub bergauf.
Leider lässt sich kein Schloss am Rahmen montieren, die Klettverschlüsse für die Halterungen sind zu klein. Ein Schnellschloss mit Kette kann nicht montiert werden, kein Möglichkeit, durch den niedrigen Gepäckträger.
Liebes ADO Team, arbeitet doch bitte nach europäischen Maßen. Oder erweitert euer Zubehör, damit das Fahrrad gut geschützt werden kann.
Der Preis für ADO EBike Akku 36V 5,6Ah Batterie Für 28 E-Bike Akku, ist übrigens schon ab 249€ im Versanfhandel zu bekommen.
Euer bike ist wirklich toll, aber bitte mehr Zubehör.
Und auch konkrete Maßangaben z. B. für den Fahrradkorb.

I am very happy with this A20 bike. Two days after we payed € 855,= my bike was delivered. Super quick !!!
One week later my ADO A20+ bike was priced €50,= less, that was a bit disapointing. But is Value for Money anyway.

ADO Air 20 Pro is just a dream of an E-Bike. The moment i ride the very first time i felt in love with it. Very smooth and effortlessly to move forward and all by the eco mode 1 when you ride on flat terrain. And when you need more power for example for upper hills, no problem for the ADO Air 20 Pro, just switch to the sport mode let him climb easily. But what fascinating me is the automatic gear shift. Bafangs H700 motor is next level for daily commute in the city. Also the disc brakes works really well. This E-Bike is an no brainer and i recommended for everyone. Its my new Daily Driver #Lovemypro

Ein super Fahrrad mit ausreichender Motorunterstützung. Ich fahre oft nur in der Leistungsstufe 1 oder 2 und bin sehr zufrieden. Für steile Berge im Gelände sind die Stufen 4 und 5 auch ausreichend. Das Fahrverhalten ist insgesamt sehr ansprechend, Rahmen stabil!
Einziges wirklich störendes Manko ist die Telegabel. Beim Ausfedern schlägt diese sehr oft innen deutlich hörbar an.

Goes without saying that anything that isn't bolted down or locked up on a bike will eventually get stolen. It's an essential part of the bike that Ado should have included in the original package. Having to pull the battery out of the bike every time you park was a chore. I'm happy at least there was a solution to my worries.
