Orders placed before 12:00 noon (GMT+8) will be shipped the same day from the warehouse.
Orders placed after 12:00 noon (GMT+8) will be shipped the next day
for example, if you place an order at 1:00 p.m. on 12 October, your order will be shipped on 13 October.
Please note: no deliveries on weekends, if you place your order between 12:00 noon on Friday and Sunday, the order will be shipped on Monday. (GMT+8)

The dispatch of your order will take priority over other orders and will usually be dispatched within 24 hours (working days), with dedicated customer service to track your order and logistics status in real-time.
A dedicated 1-to-1 customer service install adviser will keep in touch with you via email or WhatsApp. Any questions you may have, the install adviser will answer patiently until you are satisfied!
