ADO SGS QTL Laboratory Series
In recent years, the popularity of e-bike has given rise to the frequent battery safety accidents of e-bike.
The three major issues of insecurity, battery drain quickly, and short life span are what consumers are most worried about. Rest assured!
The issues you worry about are also the concerns of ADO.
1. Excellent protection plate solution; – SGS certification of double protection
2. Excellent performance in environments of high and low temperature
3. Excellent performance throughout the Battery lifespan
The ADO Laboratory is certified as a “QTL Laboratory” by the international agency SGS. Our battery protection board has passed the SGS double protection certification, and our double protection design makes it safer and more reliable.
An ADO e-bike equipped with a high-quality battery is ready and waiting to be your reassuring partner for short-distance travel.

Now, are you in a cold or high-humidity area?
Maybe, you are apprehensive when come to wanting a commuter: Will the ebike perform consistently in bad weather?
ADO E-BIKE also considers this for you. Safety first and prevention is better than cure. In ADO environmental simulation laboratory,
1. Test the temperature tolerance of our products by simulating the real and extreme temperature conditions to ensure the products’ stabilization and safety.
2. Test the frequency and the speed of temperature changes for the durability of the electronic components of an E-Bike.
The ADO Laboratory is certified as a “QTL Laboratory” by the international agency SGS. ADO Ebike guarantees that every bike from ADO will pass 100% of the test requirements, making it the cornerstone of your short-distance travel.

As the heart of an electric bike, the motor is one of the most important parts.
For ADO, a motor with excellent performance must have strong power, efficient energy conversion, and high reliability.
According to the standard of EN15194 and the standard by SGS, we test the motor in ADO Lab strictly:
1. Heat Balance Motor works at full power for 4 hours to test the rising temperature, which must less than 2 degrees per hour.
2. Torque Get the motor to ultra-high rpm speed, and then a force arm conversion to get the 250W motor to 42Nm of torque.
3. Efficiency Made with new rare earth materials and the mechanical force arm conversion principle, which make efficiency up to 85%.
4. Reliability High-low temperature storage testing at -20°C and 45°C and then performance testing.
The excellent design combined with professional testing can make all ADO’s e-bikes have a strong and reliable heart. Cheerfully easy to go – anytime and anywhere.
