Nice product but without battery charger

The product Is good but it's not specified that you require a separate battery charger, i understand that the charger have a cost but would have been nice to know that information in advance!

Great bike

Recently bought an e bike. Its a little bit heavy than I expected. There are no instructions how to turn on the lights! Maybe a quick starter leaflet would be useful

Der alte Akku hat nach wenigen Ladezyklen den Geist aufgegeben, nachdem ich bei dem Fahrrad über Nacht den Schlüssel stecken gelassen habe, ohne das es eingeschaltet war. Der neue Akku wurde schnell geliefert und ist hoffentlich haltbarer.

Purchased a replacement Battery For A20F

Purchased new battery from main website, actually cheaper than “alternative” brands on eBay which I was surprised with. Very quick delivery as received within a week - Great service and never have any issues buying directly from ADO.
