Est-il possible de changer de vitesse ? Est-il résistant aux intempéries ?
ADO Air 20 a un seul engrenage. Cependant, vous pouvez choisir d'utiliser 3 niveaux d'alimentation électrique pour vous assister dans votre conduite. De plus, ADO Air 20 est équipé d'un système de capteur de couple intelligent qui vous fournit une assistance électrique immédiate en fonction du terrain. Dans ce cas, même si vous roulez ou démarrez le trajet dans une pente, vous obtiendrez immédiatement l'assistance dont vous avez besoin, même avec un seul rapport.
Oui, ADO Air 20 est étanche IPX5 et l'écran IPS est étanche IPX7, tous les composants électroniques sont scellés pour empêcher la pénétration de fortes pluies et de poussière.
Est-ce que ADO Air 20 est certifié ?
Conformément aux normes SGS CE EN15194 et SGS UKCA, ADO Air 20 est conforme aux exigences de : la directive sur les machines (2006/42/CE), la directive CEM (2014/30/UE) et la directive sur les équipements radio (2014/ 53/UE) et DIN EN 15194:2017, et la batterie ADO Air 20 est conforme aux normes de test des batteries lithium-ion UN 38.3.
Quelle est la différence entre les versions internationale et européenne ? Quelle option me convient le mieux ?

* La version européenne est conforme aux lois sur les vélos électriques dans la plupart des pays de l'UE : aucun accélérateur installé, vitesse maximale de 25 km/h, puissance maximale de 250 w.
* Version internationale sans restrictions : accélérateur installé, vitesse max 30 km/h, puissance crête 350w.
Si vous commandez la version internationale d'ADO Air 20 au sein de l'UE, vous recevrez un chargeur conforme aux spécifications de l'UE. Mais il n'est pas officiellement légal de conduire la version internationale d'ADO Air 20 sur la voie publique dans l'UE. Vous n’êtes autorisé à en être propriétaire et à le conduire que sur une propriété privée.
Quelle est la durée de la période de garantie ?
Pour cadre de vélo, 10 ans de garantie ; Pour les contrôleurs, moteurs, batteries, fourches, douilles de direction, guidons, chargeurs, pédales, volants d'inertie, bases : 12 mois de garantie. The build quality is on point. I have a few cons to mention hopefully they'll get better on future iterations. The saddle is abominably uncomfortable. It has no place on any bike never mind a 1500 euro bike. I m currently rehabbing my left leg i can not lift weights in this period. The assist when you re pushing the bike folded is super handy but the wheels do not stay together. The magnets for the wheels should be installed by default not a 20 euro accesory. But overall a great bike after you change the saddle. I get around 65km range with moderate hills and flat terrain on step 2 assist. I recommend it for anyone rehabbing leg injuries. C ya!

After MUCH research I went for the ADO Air 20 and I’m so glad I did. I've had it a few weeks now and I enjoy every ride I have with it. It's light (for a foldable electric bike) it's nippy, well built, looks fantastic, lots of great features like the super bright display and integrated front light

The Air 20 is a fun, fast, easy to assemble and fold bike. The workmanship and components are top notch. I ordered the blue international version but they were sold out, that should tell you how much this bike is loved! The company sent me an email giving me the option of ivory or grey. I went with ivory, and couldn’t be happier. As others have mentioned, including the magnetics and seat post lock with the bike would have made it perfect. I did order those separately, which I received 2 weeks after ordering (I live in the Northeast US) Still waiting on the rear luggage rack, but the tracking is up to par, so that should arrive soon. Thanks so much ADO for a superb experience!

Ho acquistato AIR 20 versione internazionale per poterla usare per andare al lavoro ed evitare il traffico. La bicicletta è davvero ben fatta, leggerissima molto bella esteticamente, ADO ha creato veramente un ottimo prodotto, sia dal punto di vista pratico che estetico, adoro il fatto che la batteria faccia parte dell’asta regolabile del sellino, questo fa si che le linee della bicicletta non cambiano rispetto a quello che sono le classiche bici. Il computer di bordo poi è davvero ben fatto, illuminazione molto forte e regolabile, si riesce sempre a vedere benissimo, inoltre molto ricco di impostazioni e dall’applicazione Android collegando la bici via Bluetooth ce ne sono ancora di più, oltre alla funzione di navigazione sul display che anche quella la trovo davvero una bella chicca! Unica nota negativa è che ad oggi non risulta possibile scaricare l’applicazione da IOS (perlomeno qui in Italia) spero risolviate.
Ho acquistato anche l’acceleratore e con quello la bici cambia completamente faccia, arrivando a velocità di 35 Km/h! Ottimo davvero! Super contento dell’acquisto.
