What is the difference between the International and CE versions?

CE Version to be compliant with laws on e-bikes in most EU countries and GB: 28" puncture-resistant tires, no throttle installed, max speed 25km/h, 250w motor.

International version with no restrictions: 28" puncture-resistant tires, with throttle, max speed 30km/h, 350w motor.
Is the ADO Air 28 road legal？

The ADO Air 28 is 100% legal, and the CE Version complies with EN 15194 CE certificate. According to SGS CE EN15194 and SGS UKCA, ADO Air conforms to the requirements of the Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), the EMC Directive (2014/30/EU), the Radio Equipment Directive (2014/53/EU), and DIN EN 15194:2017. The ADO Air battery complies with UN 38.3 lithium-ion battery testing standards.

Preis/Leistung stimmen

Super E-Bike mit Merkmalen aus der obersten Preiskategorie. Den Zahnriemen findet man sonst nur bei Fahrrädern die doppelt so teuer sind. Lieferung war auch o.k. sehr gut verpackt und schnell zusammenbaubar. Geniale Idee, den Akku in die Sattelstütze einzubauen.
Nacht Test kommt man bei einem Fahrergewicht von 85 kg ungefähr 70 km weit. Mit dem genialen Zusatzakku, der als Fahrradflasche getarnt ist, erreicht man 100 km. Leider sind keine Gewindelöcher für die Befestigung der Flaschenhalterung im Rahmen vorhanden. Es gibt aber Flaschenhalterungen im Fahrradzubehör, die man am Sattel befestigt, so kann man den Zusatzakku unter dem Sattel befestigen.
Ich kann das E-Bike voll empfehlen.

Entre les bécanes défectueuses trop vite, celles volées en 1heure de stationnement à Paris, et celles dont les batteries valent aussi cher que le vélo quand il faut en racheter, je dois avouer que ma surprise est grande quant à la qualité du produit et l'envie de le conserver longtemps. Das Fahrrad ist gut verarbeitet und sieht optisch echt gut aus.Meine Frau ist total begeistert.Der Motor arbeitet richtig gut und ist auch durch das Tretverhalten gut Dosierbar.Der Riemenantrieb ist auch ein Vorteil da er Wartungsarm ist.Ich hätte gerne 5 Sterne gegeben aber ich muss einen abziehen wegen dem Rücklicht.Wenn das Vorderlicht schon über den Akku läuft warum nicht auch das Rücklicht?Wenn das noch verbessert wird würde ich 5 Sterne geben.

Ado air 28 allround blauw

Alles super verlopen.
Geweldige fiets voor een goede prijs, zeer degelijk met een mooi display en een handige accu in het frame verwerkt. Alle onderdelen zijn degelijk afgewerkt
Redelijk makkelijk te installeren en werd binnen 5 dagen goed verpakt geleverd. De nalevering van het mandje en de trottle duurde ca 2 weken maar alles werd zoals afgesproken netjes geleverd. Goede communicatie via de ADO bike site. Fiets rijdt erg stil en gladjes met de v-snaar aandrijving. Acceradius is ca 80-100 km bij gewoon gebruik.
Een echte aanrader voor iemand die een betaalbare en solide E bike zoekt voor stadsverkeer

Slick but expensive…

We purchased the cream colored one and it is a beautiful bike. It has also performed well as an electric bike. Very satisfied with the battery life and torque of the motor. It’s very responsive and can even tackle steep hills.

The build quality for the price isn’t what we were expecting though. The clamp on the seat post came loose and the paint has chipped. The build instructions lacked some visual aids for some components. And one of the mounting points for the front fender immediately stripped before the screw was even seated.

Having said all that, we would absolutely buy it again. It’s a fun bike that turns heads.

The bicycle arrived well packaged, the transport and delivery service was also good. Assembly is not simple: it requires some practice and, in my case, I also had to reduce and adapt the front mudguard because it was deformed. It would be important to have a more in-depth video on all stages of assembly. I haven't received the basket yet, but it will arrive. The ADO AIR 28 bicycle is very good, smooth pedaling, good tires and very efficient brakes. The automatic gearbox is a marvel, especially for women: my friends all envy me! I will probably change the saddle: the one supplied is valid and suitable for everyone, but those who want a more personalized saddle must choose one suitable for themselves; but this is a common situation when buying any bicycle.
For the moment I am satisfied with my purchase, in a few months I would like to update my review. I also thank the entire ADO customer service team who supported and resolved a problem due to a situation unrelated to ADO.
