I recently purchased the ADO Air S20+ electric folding bike, and it has truly been an inspiring addition to my daily routine. This bike is not just a mode of transportation; it's a statement of style and functionality.

Constructive Feedback
While I am thoroughly impressed with the ADO Air S20+, there are a couple of areas where I see room for improvement. Firstly, the battery lock requires a specific tool that is not included with the bike. This can be a bit inconvenient and is something that ADO could easily address by including the necessary tool in the package. Secondly, shortly after purchasing my ADO Air S20+, I discovered the release of the ADO Air Carbon. While I'm thrilled with my bike, I can't help but feel a bit of buyer's remorse, wishing I had waited a little longer to get the latest model.
Conclusion
Overall, the ADO Air S20+ is a fantastic electric folding bike that combines beautiful aesthetics with user-friendly features and an exhilarating riding experience. Despite the minor inconveniences, I would highly recommend this bike to anyone looking for a reliable and stylish mode of transportation. I bought two air 20 and I’ve had them for a few months now, but the weather hasn’t really allowed me to use it much, but now the weather has improved it really is awesome. The weight allows me to take it on my motor home cycle rack without exceeding the rack carrying capacity. The only slight criticism is the handbook doesn’t give you all the pertinent information, for example how to turn on the headlight without using the app, which I suspect is just an oversight, otherwise it really is brilliant, well done ado.

Unboxing the bike was an easy job, also the set was easy the quality of the look good, so all in all a good bike for the price. But there a but. The head light does not work! So I tried to find the problem, but nothing visual fault to see. And no wire diagram to troubleshoot from. So what to do?

There are two ways to open the headlight:
1. Open it through the app.
2. Holding the + button on the display for about 3 seconds.

Very impressed with this ebike. The A20S is really comfortable to ride. The torque sensor also has great input time between stop and start. The GPS option is also a very nice to have on the display, as then I can keep my phone more protected from the elements.
1 point for improvement, as a suggestion, it would be an added benefit to also have the rear light to be able to be turn on/off via the display unit instead of manually turning it on/off.
From customer support aspect - also very happy with the support I received during my order process. All my question were answered very clearly.
Overall - very impressed - I have already ordered my accessories (waiting for it to arrive)

I have my for 2 months now and it is pratical overall. Still a bit heavy for my woman arms but I do manage and I am happy with the purchase. The battery lasts four 8km trips until it reaches 20% (trip to go has a 100m elevation). Since it does not have shifts, I do have to work a little bit on the way, but it is a moderate workout.
