Na slechts 5 maanden en ongeveer 2000 km is de aandrijfriem van mijn Adoebike plotseling gebroken.
De fiets reed tot dat moment prima, maar zo’n snelle slijtage van een cruciaal onderdeel is erg teleurstellend — zeker bij een fiets in deze prijsklasse. Ik had gehoopt op een duurzamer systeem.
Ik heb contact opgenomen met de klantenservice en wacht nu op antwoord over de garantie. Hopelijk wordt dit snel en netjes opgelost.

Die Lieferung hat die normale Frist nicht überschritten,aber mein Antriebsriemen ist nach einem Jahr gerissen ,gibt es da Pflegehinweise oder Behandlungen die das verhindern?
My previous belt snapped because of wear and tear of it scrapping on the floor of the train. Might be a point of feedback for future bikes to have the belt elevated from any surface when folded. I'm happy I could easily order a new belt so easily.
