Nach der Lieferung können Kunden das Paket bei Bestellungen aus dem Vereinigten Königreich, Deutschland, den Niederlanden und Österreich innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach der Lieferung erhalten. Bestellungen aus anderen Ländern erhalten das Paket innerhalb von 2-7 Tagen

I have had the ADO Beast for three weeks now and am so far very happy with it. I received the throttle yesterday and am struggling to get it to work (no intructions from ADO about how to set it up).
The pedal assist kicks in immediately and is absolutely awesome. Uphill no problem whatsoever and the shimano gear shifts are simple and smooth. The brakes are good but, needed slight adjustment out of the box (easy to do). ADO did deliver two left hand pedals (so I couldn't even ride it until I got some new ones) however, Customer Service rectified the problem (with a little chasing) to my satisfaction. All in all, a positive experience so far....so much so, that I have ordered another one for my wife. Hopefully, this experience will be up to the first. One thing I would note is, I initially wanted the black colour, only to be told it was out of stock and I would have to wait two months for new stock. I had to change my order to Khaki (which is in reality a sand colour), as I wanted the bike quickly. My next order will be for the black version and we will see what stock levels are like this time. This bike is excellent value for money and I would recommend. 4 star review only because the bike is still so new and I can't give 5 stars until it's proven itself over a longer period.

The 2 bikes arrived here 6 days and were unpacked but not assembled. All the parts and tools were in the create and the protection packing was first class!
The bikes were assembled next day, a very easy procedure, and the batteries fully charged. We ordered 2 rear racks that arrived at the same time, assembly was tricky as was the fitting. We used the U tube tutorials to get them installed
correctly. Did some short rides to check operation and all worked correctly,very pleased with product, support and information!

Delivery service was quick and perfect and unboxing and assembling really simple (45 Minutes). Tests were made at Temperatures nearby 5-8 Celsius, PAS 1 or 2 and Outdoor conditions and normal street temperature of 15 Celsius. Very robust and stable driving experience on rough terrain, but a really dirty beast! After tour shoes and trikot are completely mudded… and be alerted with breaks…at wet and dirt conditions only 160mm tight breaks are a little bit underpowered and demanding strong pulling. Under street conditions the F20 beast shows a perfect „easy rider“ feeling with a funny permanently accompanying noise of buzzing fat tires. The F20 beast makes noise - smile -!
Note: Fully charged Battery only delivered power for 50 km. At tests under conditions of 15 Celsius it shows a Range of Max 70km by PAS 3. Absolutely enough for daily business and therefor a perfect choice at costs of 1500 €

I've had the beast for a while now and I absolutely adore it. It's amazing with the big fat wheels that go onto the beach with no problem at all.
I'm 6' 4 " tall and 17 stone and this ebike is a perfect fit for me, the extra 25 nm (65nm total) helps with the hills. The styling is great and we always get stopped whilst riding them to get asked about the ebikes.
