How Big is The A20+ And can it fit In The Trunk?
Whole machine: 1550*530*1100mm

If the bike comes with a battery?
Yes, the battery is included in the e-bike, you can buy with confidence.
How to open and close the throttle?
Because it is an upgraded bicycle, the pedal and accelerator modes can now be switched freely according to the laws of different countries;
When you receive the bike , the bike only has pedal and pedal assist mode, and the accelerator does not work;
But you can switch to throttle mode as needed
How to shift Hybrid Drive and Pedal Assist mode?
From the Pedal Assist change to Hybrid Drive Mode:
Power off state. First turn the throttle lever to the end and pinch the brake at the same time. Then turn on the ebike. 10s later, release the brake and throttle lever. Complete the mode switch.in this mode , accelerator work , and in this mode can unlock speed to 35km/h

From the Hybrid Drive change to the Pedal Assist Mode:
Power off state. Pinch the brake and press the Power button for 3 seconds to turn on the ebike. waiting 10 seconds before release the brake. Complete the mode switch. The throttle lever will not work.

What Is The Diffeerence Between The EU VERSION And The INTERNATIONAL VERSION? Can I order the International version from EU and UK region?
EU version is produced for the countries that require bicycle speed and motor wattage and not allowed to use the throttle. Bike speed can't unlock. Throttle not work. Only has Pedal and electric assist mode.
International version : when you receive bike, bike is same with EU Version, has pedal and electric assist mode, but if you need higher speed and want use throttle, you can adjust to another model which has assist mode and throttle mode, also can unlock speed .
If you order the international version of A20+ within the EU, you will receive a charger that meets EU specifications.But it is not officially legal to drive ADO A20+ international version on public roads in the EU. You are only allowed to own it and drive it on private property.

Great bikes ordered one for me and my partner, came in 48 hours to UK .love the ability to fold them up and put them in the car. Had a week off work so been on rides everyday and have loved them. Downsides, one of the seats arrived damaged minor scrapes but they were quick to reply and are happy to send a replacement although from china so will have to wait a while for that. And also batteries last nowhere near the advertised 80km I'm getting 27km on a full charge so not very good, have ordered the more capacity battery so will see how that goes when it arrives. All in all very happy with them and have had lots of fun on them so far.
We bought 2 ADO-20 ebike folding bikes last month and are SUPER happy with them. My husband is recovering and can now cycle 20 km by bike, while 2 years ago he could not walk 50 meters. Finally we can leave home and can now go on holiday to France again this year. All this thanks to ADO. We congratulate you on the Jubilee and lots of Success also in Frankfurt.

Yes I was happy with delivery but needed a hand putting it together,although my saddle slipped down the other day, other than that it has been Brilliant getting out with especially in this hot weather thank yous
I would like to ask somene who has purchased the bike , if there is
a targeted use of throttle at 95% to all routes and almist 0% semi pedal assist , which is the battery life before the next battery retreading? 1y 3 y ?
The best bike is what suits you best, and in my case it works since I need to do 10 km during my working week, mixing with some travel with it on the truck of my car folded, easy way without need to remove the seats on the back. Just a small note: should improve a way to close the bike in folding position while need to transport it folded. I found a stripe and I managed to put it so I am sure it doesn’t open

Ein sehr gutes E-Bike das Ado 20+ ist gut verarbeitet und der Aufbau ist echt einfach. Habe die ersten 50km gefahren und kann nur sagen, es macht einfach nur Spaß . Sehr schnelle Lieferung und ein super Kundendienst, so macht online kaufen auch Spaß. Kann das E-Bike nur weiterempfehlen, von mir gibt es eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

Bike has worked perfect . So the rear light didn't come.
But we are happy with the bike
I'm very satisfied with my bike! It makes my day, every day!!! The only thing I'd change is the rear light. It's a good light/reflector, but I don't like the fact that it runs with disposable batteries, so I'm gonna change it with something powered directly by the bike's battery. But overall, I'm very satisfied. Again Thanx!
